Four Depression-era losers sink their money into Airbiscuit, the progeny of Seabiscuit. When Airbiscuit proves a racing dud but is able to fart on demand, the boys attempt to recoup their money by forming a travelling freak-show. Outsiders join the troupe and the group prove more successful than ever imagined.

EMPLOYMENT/EDUCATION/INTERESTS

After graduating with history honours from La Trobe University in 2010, I was Chief Scribbler™ for Collingwood FC Captain, Nick Maxwell, on his blog. I’ve earned my daily bread as a freelance sports journalist for such august publications as Crikey, The Guardian, Vice and Inside Footy. In 2014 I had two children’s books published through Penguin.
